How to place an order?
Appointments are essential and you can contact us via Facebook or email. Consultations are available Monday-Tuesday 11:00am – 7:30pm (Sundays are available subject to availability).
How much notice is required?
To avoid disappointment we would recommend booking as early as possible. All wedding cake customers should contact us twelve months in advanced especially if your wedding falls within the peak wedding season. We request a minimum of four weeks’ notice for all celebration orders.
How do I secure my order?
Once you have completed the design for your dream cake and you have agreed to the quote. We require a booking deposit of 50% to secure your event date. The remaining balance is required 4 weeks prior to your event.
How do I pay?
Eftpos facilities available for all major cards (excluding American Express and Diners)
Bank transfer details available on request
Do you deliver?
We certainly do! This is the last thing you need to worry about on your special day. We will safely deliver your cake to your event. A minimum charge of $50 will apply for all local deliveries. Additional charges will be applied to the outer metropolitan areas. Pick up is available but is not recommended.
Do you have cake stands for hire?
We have a large selection of cake display stands which will perfectly compliment your cake. Hire fees do apply and all stands are subject to a refundable bond when returned within seven days.
How much are your cakes?
Cakes are extremely varied and they are priced according to their size and design. There is a detailed process when creating a cake and most take many hours to complete.
Our wedding cakes are priced from $500
Our celebration cakes are priced from $300
Our cupcakes come in two sizes the Mini’s start at $3.50 and the Regular start at $4.50 of course the price will reflect the complexity of the cupcake toppers you require.
